Unveiling at CES 2007
Dec. 22, 2006 –DataFab Systems Inc. is participating the upcoming CES 2007 (January 8 - 11) in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will be located at LVCC, South Hall, Upper Level 4, Booth # 36801.


ExpressCard, transmitting faster than PCMCIA and USB 2.0, is the latest advancement in computer technology. A line up of extensive products, including SIM card reader, is available from DataFab ExpressCard Reader/Adapter series. Data (for example, phone directory) saved on SIM cards, used in cell phones, may be backed up onto other devices, via ExpressCard /34mm or 54mm slot. Two models designed specifically to accommodate SIM card are also equipped to read M2 (Memory Stick Micro) or microSD card. Devices are add-in and requiring no cable for uplink. Patents are pending for this series of readers/adapters. These products were debuted on Nov. 16 at ExpressCard Technology Showcase in Taipei.

More products will be showcased at the booth,

ExpressCard™(/34mm or /54mm): SIM card reader for M2 or microSD, readers/writers (up to 12 flash cards), hard disk, an USB port adapter, and an extender between interfaces

Adapters:
SD adapter for microSD/miniSD, MMC adapter for RSMMC, and M. S. Duo adapter for M2

Mobile Readers (for cell phones):
for miniSD, SD, RSMMC, MMCmobile, MMCplus, MMCmicro, M.S., M.S. Micro, and microSD.
